The French show girl
“Elegance and impertinence!”
As an actress and dancer, I discovered theater at the Conservatoire d’art Dramatique. Inspired by the world of comedy, I quickly moved to Paris to live out my passion in the heart of the capital. The American dream and the desire to travel took me to the UNITED STATES with Todd Salovey’s musical “Stage Door”.
On my return, armed with the English language as a new tool, I was drawn to London life and its extravagant spectacles. I went to explore London’s many little scenes and it changed my life…
In fact, I discovered the creativity of the burlesque world, which was still not very common in France. It was a revelation for me. I had found what I was looking for, without being able to define it: my desires for the stage, for games, for dance, for staging… had found their discipline: burlesque stripping.
I returned to Paris with a strong desire to invest the next few years of my life there, to bring my own touch to it and to spread this art in France.
I had the opportunity to train with Djanis Malaki, Crazy Horse’s assistant choreographer, and Brian Scott Bagdley too.
I was lucky enough to be able to perform on many international burlesque stages under the name of “Mademoiselle Loison”.
After a few years working in Paris and getting the word out about my acts, I was able to launch the highly successful “Olala Party” cabaret evenings.
It was with the desire to pass on the discipline of burlesque to other women that I decided, in 2009, to launch “Olala Party” burlesque stripping animations and workshops in Paris, then all over France.
In 2012-2013, Chilean national broadcaster TVN called on me to be a teacher, jury member and muse on the Chilean show “Cabaret burlesque”.
In 2016, after taking part in numerous shows as an artist I decided to stage my show “Feminexia”, an idea of femininity seen at its most extreme. I’m also working on my first documentary project in Santiago, Chile, following the burlesque scene and drawing parallels with South American society.
Today, I’m still teaching, promoting the school and the show, but also performing on stage. My passion follows my own personal evolution and influences my acts. I find myself more in tune with a very classic stripping style, whereas my beginnings were much less so. My desire to share my passion with other women continues to drive me.
“Blues in the night
My latest creation with Maxime Blotin, a tribute to the aesthetics and beauty of Hollywood icons of the 40s.
“Magic Champagne
A nod to belle époque Parisian cabaret, revisited with a touch of magic!
My corset and gloves are gone!
This issue was previewed at the “Galeries Lafayette Haussmann” in Paris for the “Maison Close” brand, as well as at several private events such as the “Tour Eiffel”.
This act is often accompanied on stage by an extravagant decor: a giant bottle of champagne!
(Dimension: 2.60m x 1.20m) Yes, of course!
Calling from the stars
Poetic reverie,
Hymn to the stars,
Dream bubble.
Exotic fever
Olala!
One of my first acts, mixing classic and new burlesque.
Exotic glamour.
